UBC Elite

Students gathered at the University of Namibia Main Campus court for an exciting Residence Basketball Face-Off, where teams from different campuses competed to see who runs the courts 

The event brought together teams from UNAM Main Campus, UNAM Khomasdal Campus and UNAM Hage Geingob Campus, creating an atmosphere filled with excitement, cheers and friendly rivalry. Hosted at the Main Campus court, the face-off attracted students who came out to support their residence teams with the UNAM Rubies cheerleading squad adding energy and spirit to the stands. 

UNAM Khomasdal and Hage Geingob Basketball Clubs joined forces to compete against the UNAM Basketball Club (UBC) from Main Campus. UNAM Main Campus (UBC Elite) secured a 79–46 victory over the combined Khomasdal and Hage Geingob team.

The event was more than just a basketball match. It was an opportunity for students from different campuses to connect, compete and celebrate campus life. Throughout the evening, the teams battled it out on the court, showcasing teamwork, determination and athletic talent.
