Triumphant College entered 2025 with momentum and a clear focus on growth, employability and community engagement. This year the institution celebrated a large graduating cohort, launched signature events, expanded student services and continued the long-term push to align programmes with national development goals. The components below summarise the most important, verifiable milestones from 2025.

1. Graduation Ceremony: 523 graduates conferred.

In May 2025 Triumphant College held a vibrant graduation ceremony at its Khomasdal (Windhoek) campus where 523 students received certificates, diplomas and degrees, a major sign of the college’s fast-growing intake and completion rates. College leadership framed the ceremony around the theme “Building a Future-Ready University through Accountability and Resilience,” emphasising skills-based training in areas such as green energy, AI and cybersecurity.

2. National visibility: launch of the 2025 Entrepreneurship & Cultural Festival.

Triumphant College officially launched its 2025 Entrepreneurship and Cultural Festival under the theme “Future Meets Commerce”, positioning the college as a platform where cultural heritage and business ideas meet. The festival aimed to showcase student enterprises and strengthen links between entrepreneurship training and local markets.

3. Career fair and outreach to schools.

The college organised a 2025 Career Fair that welcomed learners from regional schools (for example, visits from Hochland High School were reported). The fair boosted engagement between students, employers and prospective learners, an important step for graduate employability and local recruitment pipelines.

4. Introduction of Kiswahili as a New Language Offering.

In 2025, Triumphant College expanded its academic portfolio by officially launching Kiswahili as a new language programme. The initiative forms part of the college’s commitment to regional integration and aligns with the African Union’s recognition of Kiswahili as a working language on the continent. College officials noted that the new programme will equip students with cross-border communication skills, strengthen cultural exchange, and open opportunities in fields such as tourism, diplomacy, logistics, and international trade. The launch was well-received by students, many of whom described it as a forward-looking step that prepares them for a more interconnected African job market.

5. Growing campus profile and infrastructure highlights.

The college’s Khomasdal campus continued to be featured in architectural and media profiles in 2025 as Triumphant positions itself with modern facilities and a campus identity that supports teaching, practical skills labs and community events. The institution’s website and architectural portfolio show the campus layout and facilities used for teaching and large events.

Taken together, the 2025 milestones indicate Triumphant College’s continued push to scale graduation numbers, connect training to industry needs, and build public-facing programmes (festivals, career fairs) that raise student visibility. Education officials who spoke at events highlighted the college’s alignment with national development goals and the importance of producing graduates ready for the labour market.
